Returns & Refunds Policy

2. If the customer is not happy with the product due to any manufacturing defects or any other reason whatsoever, then he can return the same product within 15 days from the date of the delivery of the product.

3. The customer can also initiate a return the product if he is not happy with the size or he doesn’t like the product.

4. The customer will be required to assure that the product is not used, unwashed, not tampered, not destroyed, with all price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused.

8. A customer is allowed full or partial return request for any order. If there are any delivery charges incurred on the said order, then those delivery charges will not be refunded back.

10. The refund of the product will be only done when the product is received at our office and will be subject to our approval. We will take 5 working days* after receiving the product, to initiate the refund process to the customers as per their initial payment mode. If the customer has ordered the product on cash on delivery basis then either customer will be required to give the bank details on our email id within 3 days of return of the product or he will be eligible for the store credit of the amount. The customer can utilize this amount in their next order on the website.

11. Once the amount has been credited to customer’s store credit account, then it cannot be refunded to his bank account.

12. If the customer has purchased any product in a bundle offer then he will be specifically be informed that he cannot return any one product against that bundle. The customer in this case, needs to return all the products under that bundle.

Procedure of Return

1. Return of the products will be facilitated by the reverse-logistics partners. There might be a case wherein the services of return logistics partners service is not available in the customer’s specific area so in this case, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our office at his cost.

2. Customer will be credited a sum of Rs. 100 as store credit against the courier expense borne by him in the case of self-shipping the product to our office.

3. In case of pick up done by our reverse logistic team, the acknowledgement number will be automatically reflected against that order. The shipping status will also be reflected in the customer order tab.
